Refund policy

Refunds 

In order to receive a full refund you must cancel your order before it is processed and packaged. Once your order is processed, packaged, and shipped the issue is now out of my control and you will not receive a refund. 

Refunds regarding the postal service 

As stated before, once your order is shipped it's no longer in my control and its now in possession of USPS. That being said, I will not refund orders that are late, lost, un-received, or damaged.
